Dache privacy policy

Dache is an app by Rasgo Media that helps adults with ADHD start tasks, see time passing and find their calm again. It is designed not to collect personal data.

What stays on your phone

Your tasks and their steps, your mood and energy entries with their notes, the timer and your settings are stored only on your device. There are no accounts or sign-ups, and none of this is sent to any server. If you uninstall the app, it is deleted.

Cloud AI (optional)

By default, the “Suggest steps” feature works offline, using templates included in the app. If you choose Cloud in Settings and accept the notice shown at that moment, each time you ask for steps only the text of that task is sent:

• first to Rasgo Media's server (hosted on Vercel), which does not store the text;
• and from there to DeepSeek, an artificial intelligence provider that processes data in China, to generate the steps.

Your mood, notes and any other data are never sent. To prevent abuse, the server uses your IP address temporarily (an in-memory counter lasting one hour), and the hosting platform may log technical connection data, as with any website. You can switch back to offline mode at any time.

What Dache does not do

• No advertising, analytics or tracking of any kind.
• No selling or sharing of data with third parties, apart from the optional sending described above.
• No access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.

Permissions

• Notifications: to alert you when the timer ends. Alerts are scheduled on the phone itself.
• Modify system settings (Android only, and only if you use “Use as tone”): to set a Dache sound as your ringtone or notification sound.

Sounds and images

Sounds and images are included in the app; playing them sends nothing.

Children

Dache is designed for adults and is not directed at children.

Health

Dache is an aid for getting organised and staying calm. It is not a treatment and does not replace care from a healthcare professional.

Your rights and contact

Since Rasgo Media does not keep any of your data on its servers, there is nothing to access or delete there; whatever is on your phone is under your control. For any privacy question you can contact Rasgo Media through rasgomedia.es.
